ESO Patch 1.0.2 Notes

Here are the latest ESO patch (1.0.2) notes. This is patch aims to squash more quest and story bugs. No word about rollback issues yet. Dark anchors should no longer bug out. Sadly frog racing has been banned (temporarily).
