World Skills features three skill lines: Soul Magic, Vampire and Lycanthropy (Werewolf).
In ESO everyone has access to Soul Magic, but you can only become either a Vampire or a Werewolf depending on how you’ve chosen. You can cure yourself from Vampirism and Lyncanthropy, which gives you the chance to become a vampire instead of a werewolf and vice versa.
Soul Magic Skill Line
Soul Magic skills revolve around soul gems. Soul gems are used for two purposes: charging your weapon enchantments and reviving yourself or other players.
Soul Magic Skill line is increased by completing Main story quests. You can rank Soul Trap up just by putting it on your action bar, though. Advancing in skill line rank does require you to advance in the main quest line.
Vampire Skill Line
Vampire skills seem powerful at a glance, but you should know that there is a twist. When a player becomes a Vampire in ESO, they take 50% more damage from Fire sources. This is a major disadvantage against certain monsters and players, such as Scamps, Fire Destruction Staff users and Dragonknights in general. Burning oil in Cyrodiil also classifies as Fire Damage, so you better stay away from oil.
Vampirism consists of four stages of hunger. If you don’t feed within 30 minutes, you will enter the next stage. Each stage decreases your Health recovery by 25% and reduces the Magicka cost of Vampire skills by 20%. To maximize your damage as a Vampire, you want to enter stage four because it reduces Magicka cost of vampire skills by a hefty 60%, allowing you to use them more often.
Lycanthropy Skill Line
Like vampires, Werewolves in ESO do have a major cost to their extra set of skills. Werewolves receive 50% more Poison Damage whether they have transformed into a werewolf or not. Poison Damage is nowhere near as common as Fire Damage. Many Bow skills deal Poison Damage.
Lycanthropy increases in rank when you kill enemies in Werewolf form.

- Allows player to revive without expending a Soul Gem once every 2 hours.
Soul Shatter (0/2)
- Player’s soul explodes on death, causing 22 Magic Damage to all nearby enemies.
Soul Lock (0/2)
- Weapon kills have a chance to automatically trap souls.
Ultimate Skills
- Instant
- 10 m. radius
- 275 ultimate
- Summon a swarm of bats which surround you and deal 160 Magic Damage to enemies every 1 second for 5 seconds.

- Also gain invisibility and deal more AoE damage.

- Drains 263 Health per target affected.

- Stuns target for 3 seconds and deals 11 Magic Damage every 1 second. Player recovers 150% of damage as Health and Stamina every 1 second.

Savage Feeding (0/2)
- After feeding, your target is off-balance and stunned for 2 seconds.
Supernatural Recovery (0/2)
- Increases Magicka and Stamina Recovery by 5%.
Blood Ritual
- Allows player to turn another player into a Vampire once every 7 days, by returning to the Vampire ritual site.
- Turned players earn the Vampire Skill Line.
- Players infected with Lycanthropy cannot be turned.
Undeath
- Increases damage mitigation when player is below 30% Health. Damage mitigation can increase up to 50%, as Health decreases.
Unnatural Resistance
- Health Recovery is improved in Vampirism stages 2 through 4.
Dark Stalker
- Increases movement speed while sneaking and allows player to enter stealth more quickly at night.
Ultimate Skills
- Instant
- Target: self
- 1000 Ultimate
- Transforms player into a Werewolf causing nearby enemies to run in fear.
- Increases Stamina, Armor, and Run Speed.
- Attack damage is derived from Max Stamina.

- Allies nearby gain Ultimate 8% faster.

- Light attacks cause bleed and improve attack speed.

- Player leaps to target, dealing 13 Physical Damage and stunning off-balance targets.

- Deals Physical Damage to all enemies in area.

- 117 Stamina
- Unleashes a beastly roar causing fear, disorientation, and off-balance to enemies within 6 meters for 3.5 seconds.
- Affects up to 3 nearby enemies.

- Killing feared targets leaves nearby allies off-balance and disoriented.

- Increases weapon power of nearby allies for 10 seconds.
Passive Skills

- Stamina increased by 10% while in Werewolf form.
Blood Rage (0/2)
- Generates 2 Ultimate by taking damage. Player must be in humanoid form and must have Werewolf Transformation slotted.
Devour
- While in Werewolf form, can devour humanoid corpses to earn more time in Werewolf form.
Bloodmoon
- Allows player to turn another player into a Werewolf once every 7 days by returning to the Werewolf ritual site.
- Turned players earn the Werewolf Skill Line.
- Players infected with Vampirism cannot be turned.
Savage Strength (0/2)
- Each kill in Werewolf form increases your Max Stamina by 3%/5%, stacking up to 5 times.
Call of the Pack (0/2)
- Causes up to 5 allies to stay transformed 3%/5% longer in a 15-meter radius.
